Food Valley Award 2015 finalists shortlisted
The Food Valley Award judges’ panel has announced the finalists for this year’s Food Valley Award. The 2015 finalists are Koffiebranderij Peeze’s biobased coffee capsules, Marel Stork Poultry Processing’s energy-efficient scalding method that prepares poultry for defeathering, and Pectcof’s technology for extracting pectin from coffee bean pulp.
